White BBQ Sauce - Vegan + Gluten Free
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (vegan or not)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp coarsly ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp brown mustard (or sub dijon)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp horseradish
Stir all ingredients together until well blended. For best flavors, let stand 15-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy with rice, grilled or steamed veggies, quinoa, sweet potatoes, or anthing covered in buffalo sauce. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
